Pondering the Mundane

My writing is going well these days for which I am grateful. Yet, life requires focus on each moment and not just writing. Too often, I think I know better, and I don’t. So, I am shown that I’m responsible for the energy I bring to any space. (Thank you for that, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor).

That’s what I explore in today’s #LongerView, “Of Arugula, Alarms, and Available Lenses.” Take a moment to sit and swing while pondering the mundane. It reveals so much.

Aim for Even posts offer equanimity a dose at a time. No day or dose is ever the same, even if the aim is. You may read about the origins of Aim for Even here or on this site’s About page.
